The Kansas City Packers, named after the city's booming meat-packing industry, were Kansas City's addition to the short-lived Federal League. They played at Gordon and Koppel Field, fielding a poor team with very little known talent. In September of 1914, their clubhouse was demolished by flood, and they had to play the rest of their games on the road. Gray unstructured melton wool hat with woven red pinstripes, a red bill, and a navy button on top, features a neat intertwined ''KC Feds'' logo embroidered in navy on the front and a small Federal League logo embroidered on the back.
